Refund Policy

We strive to ensure compliance with all consumer protection laws, including the 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, due to the immediate, certified, and non-reversible nature of our service, the following policy applies:

1. Waiver of the 14-Day Right to Cancel

Our product is a digital service involving the immediate procurement and compilation of certified data from third-party departments specifically for your requested vehicle or vessel.

By completing your purchase and confirming report delivery, you expressly acknowledge and agree to:

• Request the immediate performance and delivery of the report.

• Expressly waive your right to cancel and receive a refund once the digital report has been successfully delivered and accessed.

2. All Sales Are Final Upon Report Delivery

Given the non-recoverable financial costs we incur the moment we begin compiling your custom, certified report, all sales are considered final once the comprehensive report has been emailed to you or made available for download.

3. Exception for Technical Issues

We guarantee the integrity of the data provided by our sources and the technical delivery of the report. A refund or corrected report will be issued only if:

• The delivered file is corrupted, technically unusable, or inaccessible.

• The certified data within the report is proven to contain a verifiable error or inaccuracy.

If a technical issue occurs, you must notify us within seven (7) days of purchase. Our first action will be to provide a corrected report. If a correction is impossible, a full refund will be processed.
