Refund and Cancellation Policy (Powered Vehicle Reports – PVR)

We strive to ensure compliance with all consumer protection laws, including the 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, due to the immediate, certified, and non-reversible nature of our service, the following policy applies:

1. Waiver of the 14-Day Right to Cancel

Our product is a digital service involving the immediate procurement and compilation of certified data from third-party departments specifically for your requested vehicle or vessel.

By completing your purchase and confirming report delivery, you expressly acknowledge and agree to:

  • Request the immediate performance and delivery of the report.

  • Expressly waive your right to cancel and receive a refund once the digital report has been successfully delivered and accessed.

2. All Sales Are Final Upon Report Delivery

Our service fee covers the comprehensive search and interrogation of our database networks. A ‘No Record Found’ result is a valid and completed service outcome, confirming that the provided details do not exist within official records at the time of the search. We do not offer refunds for reports where the client has provided an incorrect, invalid, or misspelled VIN/Registration. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the data submitted.

3. Exception for Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for search results that are empty due to the vehicle being unregistered, an import not yet recorded, or the provision of an invalid VIN string. Our investigators will attempt to re-verify details with the client once as a courtesy; however, the initial resource costs of the search remain non-refundable.
